White Rock is a beautifully situated cob, stone and thatch roof property in a very rural setting in East Devon.
The first phase of works at White Rock consists of replacing existing uPVC windows with bespoke hardwood windows, a full electrical re wire and a new low profile under floor heating system heated by a new oil fired boiler system, re-plastering and extensive sand blasting to restore existing oak and elm timbers including the two fire place inglenooks and first floor leveling works. Wet room fit out to two bathrooms with Travertine tiles to the floors and walls.
